About Me

imageAt the age of 27, I was 250+ pounds and 35% body fat. I started going to the gym with a friend from work and before I knew it, I had lost 20 pounds. It left me wanting more! I immediately set a new goal for myself - 190 pounds. Every time I found myself able to meet a goal, I would turn around and put a new one in front of myself. Ultimately I dropped a total of 80 pounds through the course of a year. After reaching a goal weight of 170 pounds I realized I needed to build some lean muscle. Through a lot of research and dedication I gained the knowledge I needed to build the body I wanted. I now average 185 pounds at 9% body fat. I turned my life around completely. Since becoming a personal fitness trainer I have been able to help many others achieve their goals and it has been extremely rewarding for me.
